Corrections Policy
1. Our Commitment
Accuracy is central to our work. When we make mistakes, we correct them promptly, clearly, and transparently. Corrections preserve reader trust and the integrity of our content.
2. What Counts as a Correction
A correction applies when a factual error, misattribution, or significant omission appears in published content. Minor editorial tweaks that do not change meaning (typos, formatting) are not normally listed as formal corrections but may be reflected in the article history.
3. How to Report an Error
Please report errors by emailing [email protected] with:
- The URL or title of the article
- A short description of the error
- Supporting evidence or source links
We also accept correction requests via our contact form at rcwebsitegroup.com/contact.
4. Internal Review Process
5. Correction Notices — Example Language
Formal notices are typically placed at the bottom of an article in the following format:
CORRECTION (2026-01-08): An earlier version of this article misstated the launch date of the project. The correct year is 2024, not 2023. We regret the error.
6. Retractions & Removals
In rare cases where content is unreliable, legally compromised, or harmful, we may remove or retract an article. Retractions will include an explanatory note describing the reason for removal and the date.
7. Record Keeping & Transparency
We maintain an internal log of corrections and significant edits. Major corrections or retractions may be summarized in a public transparency report on our site.
8. Timelines & Escalation
We aim to resolve routine corrections within 7 business days. If you are unsatisfied with our handling of a request, you may escalate the matter to: [email protected].
